Onetangi Bay
Onetangi's white sand beach stretches for two kilometres, and often offers a bit of surf for those who enjoy playing in the waves. The beach is a popular holiday destination and has restaurants and holiday homes along its shores.
Oneroa Bay
Oneroa is a delightful little village with a beautiful white sand beach in its bay. Oneroa is known for its calm waters, perfect for mooring boats and safe for swimming. The village has a buzz about it with its many excellent cafe´s, restaurants, bars and shops.
Palm Beach
Palm Beach is set in a secluded little bay, surrounded by beautiful bush with a restaurant, beach store and playground. At certain times of the year, phosphorescence fills the bay making a stunning display in the water.
Heather Arthur
Heather is a part time Waiheke Islander and part time Aucklander with almost a decade of photography experience. A founding member of the Waiheke Photographers Collective, a long time member of the Howick Camera Club and an associate of the Photographic Society of New Zealand.
Heather enjoys photographing all things interesting and wonderful. The beautiful vistas of Waiheke, the blooms in her garden and domestic animals frequent her shots. Heather is a regular stall holder at Waiheke 's Ostend Market, selling her prints on canvas, cards, magnets, bookmarks and anything else she can think of.
